Processing & Shipping

• Certificates are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of course completion.

• Certificates are shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Delivery Issues

• If you do not receive your certificate within 10 business days of completing your course, please contact us at [email protected] 

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Any costs related to re-shipping due to an incorrect, incomplete, or changed address after an order has shipped will be the responsibility of the customer.

• To request a replacement certificate, please contact us at [email protected] with your full name, course details, and date of completion. A replacement fee may apply.

• American Safety Institute is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
